Please note that no purchase is required to set up a User Account or play Games. 1. This “BOGO Welcome Offer” Promotion is available to first-time customers from 02/10/2025 at 07:00 PM PST  (the “Promotion Period”). Accounts opened before or after the Promotion Period will not qualify for this BOGO Welcome Offer Promotion.

2. We reserve the right to alter, suspend, discontinue, terminate, or set an earlier end date for this Promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time, with or without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, in the event this Promotion is not capable of running as planned; if there has been any printing, production, distribution or other error in any communications regarding this Promotion; where there has been any error in the conduct of any other promotion affecting the result of this Promotion, and/or if we determine that there is fraud or any other irregularities or abuses occurring in connection with this Promotion.

ELIGIBILITY:

3. This BOGO Welcome Offer Promotion is open only to qualifying new customers who make their first purchase of Gold Coins during the Promotion Period.

4. We reserve the right to refuse or otherwise restrict the eligibility of any individual to participate in this Promotion for any reason.

5. Participants claiming this Promotion will not be eligible to receive any other “grand opening”, “welcome offer” or “new customer” promotion offer.

6. The following people are not eligible to participate in this Promotion: (a) any employee of Rubystone Play LLC or its affiliated entities; (b) any person prohibited from opening a PeakPlay account pursuant to the TOU or applicable law; and/or (c) any person residing in a State that is not part of this Promotion. 

7. An account holder eligible for this Promotion cannot transfer his/her eligibility to another account holder.

We are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by customers, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion; (b) technical, hardware, software or other failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions which may limit or interfere with a customer’s ability to take part in this Promotion; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of this Promotion; (d) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of this Promotion or the processing of Gold Coin purchases; (e) late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, undeliverable, damaged or stolen entries or notices (including winner notifications, if applicable); (f) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (g) any printing, typographical, human, administrative or technical errors or omissions in any material associated with this Promotion; (h) any injury, loss, costs, expenses or damages to persons or property (including, but not limited to, damage to any computer system or mobile device related to participation in, accessing or downloading information related to this Promotion) which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from a customer’s participation in this Promotion or any related activity; (i) any illegal activity by a customer or anyone acting in concert with a customer; and/or (j) any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by any persons.

11. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
